What exactly is Espresso Club?+
We're a platform that lets you sell monthly coffee memberships to your customers. You set the plan, the price, and the drinks included. Customers pay monthly through our app, redeem drinks at your café, and you get paid automatically. We handle billing, renewals, and payouts.
What if too many people sign up?+
You control the cap. We recommend starting with 30 members. Once spots fill, a waitlist opens automatically, and no one else can subscribe until a spot frees up. You decide when and whether to expand.
Do I need Square?+
No. If you use Square, we sync with your catalog so members can order ahead from your real menu. If you don't, our Partner App works on any phone or tablet and your staff can confirm live redemptions with one tap.
How and when do I get paid?+
Members are charged on their billing date. Payouts are deposited directly to your bank account automatically. You don't chase payments, send invoices, or manage renewals because we handle all of it.
What does it cost?+
